Refund Policy
We require notification of any discrepancies within 24 hours of delivery.
(1) Quality Issue
In the event that you are not completely satisfied with the product, please email quality@saladservers.com.au with a picture of the product and label. Our Quality Assurance team will investigate further and provide a replacement or refund if necessary.
(2) Damaged Product
If your product is damaged during delivery, please email orders@saladservers.com.au with a photo of the damaged product/s or contact our office on 02 94177958 immediately for a refund or replacement.
(3) Change of Mind
All of our products are made to order so please ensure you check your cart before you checkout as we do not accept any returns or refund if you change your mind.
(4) Incorrect Item Received
If you have received an incorrect item, please email orders@saladservers.com.au with a photo of the incorrect product/s or contact our office immediately on 02 94177958 for a refund or replacement.
EXCEPTIONS
We may refuse to provide a refund or replacement for a product you purchased if:
(a) You mishandled or stored the product incorrectly.
(b) You knew or were made aware of the issue with the product before you purchased it (i.e. shorter use by date).
